Senior Consultant – Construction & M&E Sector – Birmingham
Leading construction * mechanical engineering and surveying recruitment group, with an impressive portfolio of clients and candidates and a network of strategically located branches throughout the UK are looking to further develop their market presence with the recruitment of a Senior Consultant for their Birmingham office.
Boasting a reputation for quality-driven service and possessing a huge number of Sole Supplier * PSL agreements with companies from small to blue chip, our client can offer the successful candidate a high base salary, bonuses, an impressive OTE, a `live` desk and a chance to work for a leading company in this sector.
Role:
* New business generation through cold calling, networking and the marketing of candidates
* Key client relationship management
* Help nurture and develop more junior members of the team
* Manage your own desk and the full life cycle
* Winning new business, resourcing, candidate selection and candidate interviews
* Client meetings and negotiation
* Administration
* Involvement in the growth of the office and interviewing potential employees for the branch
Successful Candidate:
* Proven recruitment experience within the construction * M&E or surveying industries
* Leadership qualities
